Hatchery sent wrong breed?

I ordered chicks from Meyers and one of them I'm not sure is the right breed. It is supposed to be an olive egger and I know they can be almost any color, but this little chick is black with red tips on feathers and slightly hairy feet. Thoughts? 5 weeks old.

I think it's entirely possible that it is an olive egger. The feathered feet could be from a breed like Marans, and it has a bit of that Marans (I raise BCM) look.

Ohh I hadn't thought of that. I'd be thrilled to have a BCM type.
