41 baby coturnix hatched out between yesterday and today!

I also added a mutt egg to my bator yesterday with the delaware eggs I already had in there

im collecting more eggs for the 15 so we will see how this hatch goes.

okay the 15 i had set i was sooo afraid they wouldnt hatch because my nephew had turned off the bator the first day but so far 10 have hatched and the other 5 have pipped holes when all 15 are hatched i will upload a photo and im starting to like hatching by the moon and using the dry hatch as well my hatch rate has been really good since i have used them both i just try to watch the humidity to make sure it doesnt go into the 60s i dont want the chicks to drown in the egg and i went to the flea market today and didnt sell anything so never going back to that one again

Candled for day 15 14 out of the 20 are moving and active can't wait for lock down.

one is going to die i think and im wanting on the other one i think she was born with short legs and they became spraddled so i put a bandaid to keep them together to see what happens
