Have new chooks - hope they will settle

I bought 2 new point of lay Red Star pullets and put them in with my 2 isa brown chooks. Size wise they are all much the same.
Of course the older girls are beating up on the new ones.

But there lots of places to hide in their run, so even though I worry I am hoping they will be okay. I check them at night that all are roosting.

Any ideas on how long before the squabbling eases? The pacifist in me finds the fighting difficult to deal with!!

They should settle in a day or two. They are just showing the new ones that they were there first!
