Instead of Cuban pork why not Cuban chicken. Marinate in Mojo sauce overnight and cook slowly, should make great flat bread sandwiches.

good stuff. we do pork, beef and venison. what ever we have at the time. it is always a hit.

Beef tips and rice, um, um good.

Sear the tips in hot cast iron pot with some flour. Then turn down heat to simmer, add bell peppers, onions, salt pepper, garlic. Add some beef broth if you have any, if not just some water, scrape the bottom of the pan and stir. Needs to cook for a while on low to make it so tender. Serve with rice.

Cook your stew beef until tender then use those dripping to make a wonderful gravy boil some rice make some biscits and heat a can of leseur english peas up and yummo !!!!

You could also take the beef and make a jerky out of it. Have something
else for supper. We made jerky out of ground london broil last night.
