Hawk issues, and can't eliminate its perch!

In the South most of the summer hawks like the Red Tailed Hawk are year round birds and other hawks such as the American Kestrel, Northern Harrier and Sharp-Shinned Hawks migrate in for the winter. So, the winter is worse for hawks than the summer especially since the deciduous trees are bare and the cover is reduced.
