Head shaking and other chickens attacking

I have a buff Orp that was in the chicken yard today and all the other chickens were attacking her, i pulled her out of the fight, but now her head is shaking from side to side and she is just out of it. Any ideas?

She might have neurological problems from a head injury, which can be similar to wry neck. I would keep her quiet, separated, possibly in a basket, dog crate or pen. Try to get her to drink some water, and if you can get some Poultry NutriDrench, Poultry Cell, or vitamins with electrolytes, that would be great. Follow label directions. Offer some chopped egg or tuna, along with her usual feed. Wry neck symptoms are usually treated with vitamin E, thiamine, and selenium, all found in NutriDrench and Poultry Cell--given 2-3 ml daily by mouth.
