I have a embden gosling thata around three weeks old. He has an extended bum, bloated belly, diharea, and now has lumps above his taul about the size a marbles. I have gone to a vet and they did a stool float. No worms or anything else wrong but said he might need an antibiotic but wouldnt give one becouse of his age. Any ideas on what could be wrong and how to help would be appreciated. Thanks
