Heavy silkie chickens

So I have 2 pet silkie chickens who live in our backyard and are about 9 months old, both hens. I was looking up how heavy silkies are supposed to be, and I saw that hens should be 1-2 lbs??? I weighed them, and they are 3.2lb and 3.8lbs! They also lay eggs pretty much every day and their eggs weigh anywhere between 45-52g, which I heard was abnormal. Why are they so big?? Could they maybe be a mix of breeds since they're not super fluffy?

Did you get them from a hatchery?

There are bantam silkies and then not quite bantam silkies, both are common. Especially for hatchery stock. Pretty birds.
I've never seen a silkie under 3 lbs personally

I had one. Her offspring all had health issues
