So here is my intro....
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I've had chickens for around 3 years. I got my first at a hatchery in Hudson, Co.


(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
15 chickens in the coop (All hens besides one rooster)

(3) What breeds do you have?
Oh my goodness... too many to list. I'll just give you my top favorites: Minorca, Ancona, Speckled Sussex, & Black Cochin

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
Same as you, through google searches.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Collecting antiques! Yard Sales, thrift shops, craigslist, etc. Pinterest.

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I share a home with my boyfriend of almost 5 years. We have no kids. As far as pets, just a cat and Border Collie. I have a degree in Business Management and a CDA teaching credential. I was a Nanny for 4 years, and a lead pre-kindergarten teacher for almost 2 years. At this point, I am considering going back to school for a second degree, while staying home and making income through boarding horses... perhaps incubating eggs on the side or something too... just for a little spending money.
