Hello, I thought I would join up because everyone on here seems very helpful with great advice and if I can I would like to be able to helpout too where I can. I found this community when I Googled some chicken advice I needed and found what I needed on here.
I use to have a few chickens when was a lot younger and last year I decided to get back into the chicken life and got x3 chicks. This year I got x2 silkies (one is still a naughty chick). So in total I got x5 chickens. Welsummer, Wheaten Maran, Cream Legbar, Silkie and a Silkie chick.
They are have their own personalities and I quite fun to interact with, sometimes I find myself just watching that peck around for ages.
I recently started felting and have been making different animals. My thing at the moment is felting fat animals
I live in the city so my chickens are my garden dwellers and they have the full run about. They also sometimes sneak into the house and steal the cats food. I have x3 cats too and all of them are more chicken than the chickens.
