Had chickens, ducks, geese and turkeys back in the '70s & '80s .

Am waiting for chickies to arrive about the 21/22 of this month!!!!!! Ordered 16.

Ordered 5 black sex linked pullets, 5 red sex linked pullets, 5 Delaware x New Hampshires (Indian River) pullets and 1 Delaware rooster.

Found it online while looking for chicks.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Love to hike, kayak, garden (veggies and landscaping) and raise chickens.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
This will be my hubby's first experience with chickens. Even tho' he has a lot of doubts (that's just him being him!), he's right there with doing whatever is needed for
them. We had shed builder partition off a coop side and put in a chicken door in the 8'x14' shed we bought from him . It was delivered yesterday and is beautiful!!!
Can't wait for the babies to arrive!!! Will be using one of our dog crates for the brooder....the plastic type that can be separated thru' the middle.
