(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I am new to them. We've (my wife and I) only had ours about 2 months or so. She had them when she was a kid in Ohio but it's my first go around. It took me almost a month just to build the coop!
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
We have 6 pullets!
(3) What breeds do you have?
We have a Ameraucana, Speckled Sussex, Welsummer, Cuckoo Maran, Silver laced Wyandotte and a Blue Wyandotte.
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
My Dad. He's new to this as well.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Hmmm. Cars (old Volkswagens mostly), vintage bicycles, Volkswagen literature and anything else associated with them, brewing beer, gardening and now raising chickens!
