I am ready to buy my chicks, and would like to find some "Speckled Sussex pullets", my problem is to find them in my area. I am not really fond of buying them via mail order, would love to purchase locally. Called the local Big R store and they are already out.
My idea is to have friendly birds, that are good layers as well. And I have read good reviews about these beautiful birds And I would only need three to five pullets.
