Welcome to BYC! I lurked for the longest time before jumping in with chickens and this forum! It's been a blast and everyone is so welcoming

I live 30min north of Seattle and x2 on what Michael OShay said--hardware cloth wherever you can. We too have a Bald Eagle Pair that set up home about ~3 blocks from us and have a healthy coyote and bobcat population.

You can check out the Washington thread on the Where am I Where are You forum to get a better idea of what folks in your area have done.
