Hi there! I'm so happy to finally join instead of lurking. Let me answer some of those boring questions.
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I've had chickens my whole life. I decided to get chickens as an adult when I was 27.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have 3 geese and 12 chicken eggs incubating
(3) What breeds do you have?
Geese - Sebastapol x Pilgrim
Chicken - Australorp
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I love watching them. They have so much personality. I love raising chicks as well.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I enjoy video games, listening to music and podcasts, and cooking!
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have 2 ferrets and I work in the medical field.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
