I do have a question, should I put an additive in the water for the new chicks or just plain water? They are being shipped and I'm assuming the will be a little stressed. By additive I mean ACV, sugar or electrolytes.

I would personally put in some electrolytes. You should be able to find some at a local feed store or livestock supply store. If you can't get electrolytes, a little sugar added to the water for the first few days can be beneficial.
