Help baby chick is laying weird

I got 4 two day old baby chicks today and when i got them set up in the brooder one of them was laid on its back with its legs and wings straight out almost like it was asleep. Is it okay ? Is it stressed from the transport? Is it dying? Ive never seen this before and google is no help

It lays like this earlier both wings were straight out

What it's diet? I'd treat for vitamin deficiency.
