Help! Can't figure out what's wrong with one of my chickens!

Hi! Need some help figuring out what's wrong with a chicken. She's been sitting a lot and moving slow, under her vent seems to be hard and swollen (like her butt is dropping) and she has watery poop. I don't think she's egg bound I checked it didn't feel like one. She's still eating and getting up to roost at night. She also had a prolapsed vent a few months ago which healed well and quickly. Thanks for the help!

Sorry she is giving you trouble again.
How old is she and what breed is she?
You can try soaking her in warm Epsom salt bath. When you do, you could check to make sure an egg is stuck.

Sorry for you loss.
Seeing that she had prolapse already once she probably had some internal problems that just couldn't be fixed.
Hopefully you never have to deal with these type issue again.

She was an ameraucana about a year and a half
