Help! Chicks with Coryza or Something Else?

I noticed one of my chicks was acting sick—drooping head, wobbly, slow, not running around, and not opening its eyes. Its face and eyelids are swollen and when it does open its eyes one of them just looks like a black mess and the other I can barely see. Its crop also appears enlarged but I’m not 100% positive.

Is this a disease? What do I do? They’re all living together, so if it’s contagious I’m sure it’s just a matter of time before they all develop symptoms.

If it is infectious, the chick presumably got it from the environment or another flock member, so look out for others showing symptoms too.
