Help! Day 21 and hatching eggs looks crushed

This is my first time hatching eggs period, and I’m using a broody to do it. She’s been great. Today is Day 21 and when I peeked in I saw this. It’s been about 5 hours with no real change. It’s peeping and moving and breathing. Does this look normal?

The egg is definitely crushed, but it looks like the membrane wasn’t pierced, so it might be fine to leave. I’m not sure though, hopefully an expert will come around!

Nevermind about the membrane, I didn’t look at it close enough. It might still be able to have an unassisted hatch.

I’m not sure when to intervene. I’ve never done this before! I’ve been reading tips but I’m too scared to intervene just yet.
