Help for roosts in a small urban coop and run . . .

I am building a chicken coop and need some advice on roosts. the interior of my coop is about 3' d 3' w 2' h my nest boxes are external and I am having trouble figuring out where to put the roosts.
I would appreciate the help. thanks

A photo of the tiny thing would help... The number and size of birds you have?

Something 2' high the roost might be 6" off the floor and only room for 1 roost for standard size chickens right in the middle.

should I get bantams? I live in an urban area so it is not possible to get much bigger but I have a good size run and they will be out on the weekends

Where do you live? How big is the run?

I would put them a foot off the wall in an L shape, a foot off the floor.

How many birds are you trying to keep? You can fudge the oft-spouted 4 ft of coop because your weather is so mild.

the run is on both sides of the coop. they will be in the run/coop all day and be outside on weekends. not quite finished with the build
