I'm an idiot and I was trying to see if my ducklings had internally pipped yet so I dangled a small flashlight inside my homade glass aquarium incubator to candle them without opening the lid. I dropped the flashlight on the eggs! It made a tiny crack in the air cell of 2 eggs! Luckily the crack is only in the air cell and the ducklings are still moving so I know they are alive. I don't think that they have pipped internally yet. Should I try to repair the crack or leave it be? My temperature is 98 degrees and humidity is reading about 75% but I worry that the crack could dry them out so they can't pip? Also, the air cell seams really big. Like a bit bigger than 1/3 of the egg. I'm so worried I've hurt their hatch! This is my first time hatching and I'm a mess!
