I purchased day old chicks from Mt Healthy Hatchery. I ordered 8 but they sent 9. There was no indication of the breed of the bonus chick. I think it might have been a 2nd Speckled Sussex. They are now 5 weeks old. Do I have the breeds right on the pictures? Do any look like Roos? Thanks!

So hatchery chicks often aren't to breed standard- so you have some head scratchers.

Agree on the Marans, Orpington, Barnevelder, and Austrolorp.

Sussex 2 has yellow legs, so could be a Sussex mix. Sussex 1 also has yellow legs and some barring, so it may be a Bielefelder.

The Americana is an Easter Egger (very pretty)- and because of the red shoulders may be a cockere., and the Bielefelder looks like an Easter Egger as well. Both with green legs and partridge patterns!

My guess would be seven pullets and two cockerels. All look like healthy birds, congrats!

I agree, healthy good looking birds.

The Sussex are not Sussex. You'd have some white spotting already and no partridge feathering as these have. I'm going to guess it is their Olive egger and what you are seeing from a pattern there is from the welsummer.

The BCM doesn't have feathered feet and dark legs which means it is probably their version of a Midnight Majesty Maran (I don't remember what they call it)

And I agree with House on the cockerels. The Americana has some barring on it, which is really interesting. Along with the coloring I'd add the batting to the list of traits that suggest this is a cockerel.
