Help identify our quail chicken.

Was given this "coturnix quail" by a lady with chickens because her dog brought it in and she knows you cant house them with chickens...
Well it clearly is a baby chicken... and clearly she lacked knowledge for me to comfortably suggest she keep it and try to raise with her chickens later.
So now i have an unexpected addition.
Happen to know what breed and maybe a way to tell gender? (Already have 2 roosters)
I THINK it is a partridge easter egger.
