Help in identifying this pest. Any ideas on control measures?

I have noticed this pest in my coop the other day eating all the feed. Luckily I had my camera ready and was able to capture a picture of this pest in the act.

You just reminded me....................a friend, and I can't remember who right this minute, but it was an adult told me a few days ago, that when they were a kid, they LOVED chicken food

, I've never tried it and have no desire to do so..............

Get out the big havahart and bait it with a large dish of chocolate ice cream.

Once caught, relocate the varmint to grandma's place.
