HELP! its day 30 for my pekin duck eggs there alive but not hatching

Yay! I had one hatch . the humidity is up to 79% should I leave it at that? I pulled out one of the holes with the plug is that OK?

I would take the plug out. That'll help with ventilation. 79% is fine, maybe a little high, but it'll be ok, just pull the plug out.

that last reply was for the other person with the mallards .....

one has been pipped going on 48 hrs. It is moving and peeping through the hole the membrane around the hole has turned yellow. Humidity is at 80%. Should I assist? The other one is still rocking the egg but no pip, day 31 for it. I don't know what to do. I don't want to lose my baby mallards.

make sure they are sticking to the shell other than that let them go and watch them closely.

Dip the beak in water, make sure it can drink. As soon as it's dry enough, put it in a brooder that is 95 degrees and has food access.

it is drying right now and resting. it can barely lift its head it is so exhausted.

he is doing a little better today he is moving around some and trying to learn to walk.
