Help - listless chicken with one eye closed

Hello. I'm new here. It's been a very hard 10 days with the loss of our garden to spider mites, my husband catching covid, and one chicken sick with acute undiagnosed respiratory illness which killed her yesterday and now one chicken who is closing her eyes; not making many sounds, and just sitting or standing with one or both eyes closed and not eating. Her feces are green and white and watery. She has a soft protruding lump under the right wing close to the chest. She isn't making any noises even when we pickher up and examine her vent (which is clean) which would usually cause some squaking. I have her isolated in my garage. I don't have the money to take her to the vet. Anyone know what's going on?

Is her abdomen abnormally large or seems swollen?

No. It's normal. She did finally eat some yogurt. Her eye is milky now and no longer clear. We used the credit card and took her to the vet but they didn't know what it is. They gave some antibiotic drops for her eye and some to take orally.
