Help my chicken's face is swollen!

So for context I've been away at uni for about 3 months and recently came back and my sister had told me this over the phone but I didn't know how bad it was. My speculation is that something bit her or she's been infected with some sort of bacteria. The flesh around the eye is hard and the eye itself is practically gone. Is there any medication or anything I can do to cure her. Her name is Maggi, she's a leghorn I believe.

It could be a respiratory sinus infection, such as MG or coryza. That is pus in her eye socket that has solidified.You could try cleaning the pus out with saline and a syringe, some QTips and tweezers, and another pair of hands to hold her burrito-wrapped in a towel. You can press on the sinus and around the eye to squeeze out more from the sinuses. I would also get some antibiotics such as Tylosin for MG, or if it smells bad, sulfadimethoxine for coryza.
