*Help Needed* Chick Still Hasn't Properly Dried and Fluffed

I have a bantam chick which has been in the incubator for about two days now trying to dry off and gain fluff. However, the end result has been a chick with a dried feather mess, and I am unsure if it is fit for a brooder transfer. As I am concerned for its well-being, I am wondering if there is something I can do now to speed up the drying and fluffing process, or if I should just transfer it to the brooder.

I suspect your humidity is too high.. do you have a guage?

Unfortunately, I do not have a real gauge. However, I did suspect the humidity to be high and took action by reducing the water compartment level and by getting rid of the condensation buildup.

I’d hold it and gently clean it up with a towel. I find some chicks dry like that, and a very gentle go over with a towel fluffs them right up.
