Help, new but concerned

Well i opened up the eggs today out of 12 eggs
1 hatch
6 unfertile/no development
3 develop till 2-2.5 weeks
1 developed to 20 days but too weak to break through the sack
1 developed to the air pocket but didnt crack the shell

sad day but at least i still have 1 hatch
