Help, please, sour crop perhaps help what can I do?

I have a hen she picks at food but not eating, she is fluffed out not feeling well, her crop looked ballooned, I massaged it and air escaped almost burbing gas, the vile wretched smell is like putried horrifying rotting smell, she is an older hen our oldest. What can I do to make her better and is this whatever it is contagious? Please help me.

One of my older ladies has also come down with a sour crop.
I read some great threads in here about treating monistad.
I'm just trying to decide if I should treat or just cull.
