I'd let it try to finish zipping on it's own in the for the next hour or so. If it's still struggling, you can carefully finish the zip and open the top part of the egg and then put it back in the incubator.

Thank you! I followed this and so happy I helped! It was making a super small zip at the small end of the egg. I didn't think it was going to get out on its own. I had to widen the hole for it to get out! It was sure happy. I'm happy thanks again!
