Help...Roos crown turning purple

Can you take him to a vet? What medications do you have (human or pet)?

He is drinking electrolytes and water with oxytetracycline. I think he is super dehydrated, as I switched them over to poultry nipples. Jill was drinking fine, so I assumed Jack was...he just syringe drank about a cup or two of water and then pooped.

Both of the electrolytes and oxytetracycline are for animals, not humans?!

His poop looks a lot like one I suspect had an E. coli infection. Unfortunately, many strains of E. coli will not respond to tetracyclines, which is why I asked about other drugs. If he were mine I would start him on Baytril or Cipro. Do you have any other drugs?
