Help to identify please

So I got these cuties today at the Tractor Supply. I know what the baby with the light bill is but I am wondering if anyone can help to identify the cutie with the dark bill.

I'm thinking maybe Welsh Harlequin, but mine had a slightly lighter bill as a duckling and orange feet, so I might be way off. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable takes a look. I haven't owned enough breeds to tell.
