HELP!!! what do i do?

help! Somehow my hen got hurt, or attacked or something, and her crop is wide open, I can see the food in it. I have sprayed all her wounds with vetericyn.. But do i need to sew her crop shut? and if so what do i use? What do i do?

I would panic and run to the vet. Please post in full detail, photos too if possible at "emergencies, diseases, injuries, cures," thread. I hope someone will respond soon enough to help her.
