2 of my chickens look like this. They are 3 years old and I just noticed it today. Is it Fox pox help? I have over 20 chickens, is it contagious?

Probably fowl pox. Look in their mouths and see if their are any lesions, if not, it's dry fowl pox, which should resolve in about a month. It's not communicable from chicken to chicken, but they get it from mosquitoes.

Once they get over it, they don't get it again, and it usually resolves with no lingering issues. Secondary infections are possible, so keep an eye on that. You can put Neosporin on burst scabs /open wounds to keep them from getting secondarily infected, but keep it out of the chickens' eyes.

Of all the things for chickens to get, this is usually one of the most easily dealt with/least impact diseases.

There's multiple threads on fowl pox and maybe an Article or two on this site if you want more info.
