Looks like it could be respiratory in nature (you can search the forum for information on Mycoplasmosis as well as other respiratory diseases that affect chickens).

Are you seeing any sneezing, coughing, rattle breathing, wheezing, or nasal discharge? I agree with eggsoteric that mycoplasma (MG) could be possible, but if no other symptoms, check for a peck mark or sting around the eye. Tylan and oxytetracycline are drugs useful in treating MG.
