Help! What is wrong with my eggs?

Lately my whites have been more watery and today I discovered this tiny but somewhat firm red thing (in at least two eggs). It was about the size of a raspberry seed. I smashed it between my fingers and that is what the picture is.

What is that thing??

Looks like a meat spot, a piece of tissue. Happens sometimes. Watery whites can happen when they are molting or if they have had a bout with Infectious Brochitiis or a few other reasons.

Looks like a meat spot. I have noticed new layers or lots older hen have more spots in there eggs.
