HELP: White crusty comb and face not laying eggs

My chicken has had this white crusty comb for a while and she isn’t laying eggs. She doesn’t have any other symptoms I can see. What should I do?

Looks like she may have Favus(Ringworm). It's a fungal infection of the skin, which can effect us humans as well.
Athletes foot cream containing Clotrimazole will kill the fungus.
