Help with a hen crop issue

I have a hen that was listless this morning. I picked her up and her crop felt like a balloon. All puffed up. Any ideas what this could be and how I can treat her.

If the crop is soft ans squishy, it's likely sour crop. You treat that with an anti-yeast medicine. It the crop is hard and lumpy, it's likely impacted. You treat that with oil. Good luck treating your hen. I have one with sour crop right now I'm treating. She's halfway through treatment and has suddenly refused the medicine. It can be a challenge when you don't have a cooperative patient. At some point, it's a battle to see who's smarter, the chicken or the human.

In the military we used to say you have to be 10% smarter then the equipment you're trying to operate. It will be interesting to see who has the 10%, me or the chicken.
