Help with amoxicillin dosage!

One pound 10.7 ounces was her weight.
Okay, that's 757 grams which is 0.757 kg.
The poultry dose is 125 mg/kg, so she needs about 100 mg twice a day.
The math for that and the solution I decribed above is:
0.757 x 125 / 50 = 1.8925 ml. I would round up and give 2 ml

Does that make sense? If not, let me know and I will try to explain is better.

I think so, so 2 ml twice a day?
Thank you SO MUCH for all of your help. (Both of you!)

Update:
She seemed to be getting more alert but today she has regressed and is now keeping her eyes closed and is still doing what she originally was, sort of craning her neck and opening her mouth to breathe. I looked into her eyes and they’re all red.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do for her? :( Vets are sadly closed now. I went to Tractor Supply to get some VetRX but they were out. I ordered some online. I just want something I can give her or do tonight to help her feel better.

I would try to get Tylan 200 injectable in the cattle medicine aisle with a few syringes and needles to withdraw it from the vial, and give some orally 0.25 ml 3 times a day for 5 days. Do her eyes have any bubbles in them? Is there any crackling or wheezing when she breathes? If a vet is possible, I would take her in.
