help with baby chick breeds please

I was really hoping to get some beautiful welsummers and RIR colors out of the mutts. I have always wanted the EE's pretty eggs; I wasn't sure how hard or how much they laid. They all see to be doing pretty well.

Do you think the black ones will still come out as barred rock?

Also, will this make it harder to sex? He said if I have too many roos, to bring them back and he will give me 2 more chicks for each rooster. I want 2 roosters, but plan to exchange the rest ...

I don't think they will be harder to sex, when they around 8-10 weeks you could post on here and I'm sure people will try and help sex them.

And if he had barred hens, and no barred roosters, then you can safely assume that all the barred chicks are males.
