Help with duck egg

I have 1 duck egg I am incubating and we are on day 25 so soon to go into lock down. Well I candled it one last time today and the air sack seems to be extending to the side of the shell. I was wondering if this is harming be duck and is it normal ? I don't have a pic of the actual egg but I did find one on google and drew out the area where the air sack was extended to

Yes he hatched today actually but didn't fully absorb the yolk sac so I'm keeping an eye on him
