Help with sick dove needed badly, please

Hi,
I have several ringneck doves which are outside. The past few days one has become listless, not eating, not drinking. When I went out this morning it was laying there not moving, I thought it was dead-NOT! This poor thing is hanging on and I need to know what to do for it. Can I force feed it? If so. what do I give?

There are no signs of mites but they could have worms. What, if anything, should I worm with and how much?
