HELP

So quick question, we integrated a silkie chick about 3 weeks ago into the coop with the other two ladies who are around 8-9 months and are laying daily!!! At night when they get up on the roost the two big girls get up on the roost and the little girl sits on the edge of the box..If I put the silkie up on roost the leader of the two kit she pecks at her and she gets down. How do I combat this? Just wait until she is bigger? Or maybe make her a lower roost for her to hang on? Thanks peeps!

Also, is it normal for them about once or twice a week, we are getting eggs with no shell and once a wek we are getting over sized eggs with two yolks in them. Is this normal?
