I have hatched may chicks for many years I have a batch of twelve hatch and chick number 11 has hatched with this? Can someone please tell me what I need to do next with the chick and is the chick going to be ok? Thanks

It's the unabsorbed yolks sac- please put the chick back in the incubator and it should absorb it. I had one like that as well, kept it in the incubator and it absorbed the yolks sac just fine.
