What if when you candle the eggs there is speckles inside ? Does that mean bacteria has taken over?

Are you sure the speckes are inside, not the shell? Bacteria usually show like a black cloud that dosent move. How many days were these? Could you see a embryo?
Does the embryo move when you shake the egg? (if you answer yes to this one, QUIT SHAKING THE EGGS!).
Does the embryo seem to be moving or can you see the heart beating?

Honestly its probably nothing wait a few days and candle again, if its bacteria the egg will appear almost totally dark.

I had one that did that, if there are tooooo many spots, it may = bad. Why? Because it might be that there are... hmm... What did they call it? Well, thin spots of the egg where bacterica can get through. Of course, it might just be spots on the egg!

But read about here : http://www.minkhollow.ca/HatchingProgram/Candling/Fresh/index.html

I
can't find where the pic of the spotty egg is, though.
