So I'm basically new to BackYard Chickens but they is a question I've been dying to have answered and I find no results online of my problem.
So my Pekin Duck is about 3-4 months old and just today my duck has been acting weird all of a sudden. She started off as running around, looking scared or is scared by something. Later she sits down and with her feathers fluffed up. Then I took out where I normally put water for her to bathe in. She jumps in and then later when I leave she jumps out and sits again.
And so I add some warm water (because the weather is pretty cold) and let her bathe in there. She goes crazy, like diving her head in and whole body in and it's very strange. Is it something to do with the waters temperature? This happens on rare occasions. She dives as if she has a tick or something's that's irritating her. Thank you
