We have 6 pips. out of 11 They have been rolling and chirping now for 4 hours. should we help them?

No, When you open the lid the humidity will drop. This threatens the rest of your hatch.
Patience my friend, 4 hours is not a long time unless you are just sitting there watching.

I write down the times that the pip and then give them at least 24 hrs. before I will even consider helping.
