Hen has a cough

Our cochin has developed a crow like cough, or hack. She's a sweetie and we'd hate to lose her, but...Should we be worried about the other 17 birds?

I have had chickens for 3 yrs our chickens have had it, and it's not a problem, of course you can try to get her to drink LOTS of water I'm sooooooooooooooo sorry if that does not work,
